Three hour classes

Groups of 8-18 people
$75 per person...."bring your spouse" special - $110...$55/per. If paid 2 weeks in advance, $275 for a series of 4 classes
Includes a personal VITALITY FOOD binder, recipes, varied handouts, and a book with the KITCHEN GARDENING class...part one
Includes samplings of all the recipes that are demonstrated...plus a few special add-ons
SUGGESTION...If preparing living foods is something you are just beginning to learn, it seems to help a person to choose to either attend one individualized food preparation class, or a personalized consultation before one of these monthly classes.

Individualized Food Preparation Classes

Class structured around your specific interests, tastes, and needs of you and your family.
Individual attention
Recipes are chosen ahead, by you, (from a list that I have) so that the prep work can be completed ahead, and the food will be ready to be prepared when you arrive to class.
Learning at your own speed and tailored to your own questions.
Have the option to take a meal home with you ...cost of the food would be in addition to the regular class fee of $50 per hour
Personal VITALITY FOOD binder included along with informative handouts.

Personalized Consultations

Aids you in assessing where your body is at the present time
Assists a person in creating patterns to continue, or to regain VITALITY in their life through a variety of ways....rebounding, exercise, foods, skin brushing, resting, etc.
$60 per hour

Given to school groups, church groups, community groups, etc.
A variety of health related topics such as LIVING FOOD 101, EATING FOR HEALTH and BEAUTY, THE HOW COMES AND HOW TO’S OF RAISING YOUR FAMILY’S FREQUENCIES, VIM, VIGOR, AND VITALITY...HEALTH AS A HABIT, etc.

Hands On Intensive Classes

Small groups of 4-6 people...some people enjoy gathering their own group
Six hour blocks of time
Agenda created to the needs of the ones attending
Includes a meal, a personalized VITALITY FOOD binder along with instructional sheets, as well as recipes. Depending on the class, it will include a few supplies and products that will aid you at your home.

Seven Step Outline for the Serious Student

Balancing your health, your weight, and your life, One Lucious Bite At A Time
These classes will go almost up until Christmas. Each class is created to build on the previous class. There are still so many areas and recipes that can be covered, but this covers the basics, and can keep a person eating very healthfully while they continue to learn. I have many power points that we may slip in to gain a little more understanding and science—the whys to go with the hows. I have many books that I would suggest reading—a little learning each day increases a persons motivation. I also have many things that can be listened to as you drive, get ready for the day, etc.
This conscious eating program can benefit the whole household. It can be done singly, but if there is a person that is also willing to help with some of the planting, growing, etc., it can make creating vitality and increased health go more effectively. Each person will need to customize what he or she can realistically do to fit into their indivualized circumstance. Individual adaptation is important.
$75 per class per person - "bring your spouse" special (or in-household helper): $110 ($55/per)
Each class includes notebooks, power point presentations, samples and supper, along with a souvenir to help with your individual food preparation
